Version 12.0.349 – Patch 2
05 Feb 2026
This is a low-key drop—just smart tweaks. The fixes were sneaky little things, too tiny to notice and too tricky to explain.
What's New
-
Content Lifecycle Management gets an archiving upgrade! You can now set Change Tier Policies for VIDIZMO Storage (Archive) directly within the portal. Once configured, your media files will automatically migrate based on your rules, landing safely in the new Archive Tab. It's the ultimate "set it and forget it" for media retirement. See How to Archive Media Files in VIDIZMO for details.
-
Ink on Radar: We've launched Tattoo Detection! VIDIZMO now automatically identifies unique body art and identifying marks. Ink-redible, right? See Configuring VIDIZMO Vision Indexer for Object Detection to enable Tattoo Detection.
Bug Fixes
-
Auto-tracking found its confidence! We've cured the "stage fright" that caused cryptic errors and stubborn highlights. Objects now track perfectly while you're busy in the Studio Space!
-
A fresh coat of paint for thumbnails. We've fixed the "one-icon-fits-all" look in the Media Manager and Evidence Library. Default case and fallback thumbnails are now crisp, polished, and ready for their close-up.
-
Redaction Reports now tell it like it is. Previously, the Redaction Report was getting a bit vague, lumping all detection classes under a generic "object" label. We've corrected the reporting logic so that faces, license plates, screens, and all other detection classes are now accurately identified by name. Precision restored!
